Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga
This class is on paddle boards that are anchored in knee to hip deep water. They are fun, core engaging, and yet can be the most relaxing. The benefits are smiling, being present, and soaking up the sun. Savasana on the water can be one best ways to relax.
Ompractice classes are like a video conference meeting. All you need is a device with internet and a camera with space to put it 8 feet from your mat.

Classes are held in the atrium (by the indoor pool) during inclement weather.

Walk out to the beach past the dunes in front of the Ocean Pines Beach Club.

Park in Princess Bayside parking lot and walk around the back to the small beach on the bay.
If it is to windy to paddle, we will have a land yoga class on the Princess Bayside rooftop and you will receive a coupon towards a Stand Up Paddle board rental to use at your own convenience.

What to expect with private yoga?
A private yoga session is tailored to each student. First there needs to be an initial analysis to understand a students level of strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This will involve discussion and movement. Sandy is trained in hands on adjustments and assists movement and poses with proper functional alignment for your body. She also provides homework as needed and all follow up sessions will be tailored for the students goals.
Where is Private Yoga
Sandy travel’s to you for your private yoga session, which means you provide the space which can be residential, commercial, or outside (weather permitting). You are responsible for ensuring you will not be trespassing and are using the space as allowed. Should a conflict arrive with the location once she arrives for the session, refunds are not issued. If you need assistance finding a location outside of your residence contact Sandy to discuss.

Contact Sandy to inquire about a session(s) in Ocean City, Md and surrounding areas. Changes made to sessions previously booked require 24 hours advance notice or no refund applies. She appreciates flexibility and would like to be reasonably flexible for you as well. Since travel time needs to be accounted for, a schedule/calendar with a list of times to choose will not be provided. Sessions will be coordinated by phone or e-mail.
Sandy will provide mats,foam blocks, bosters, D-ring straps, and wrist wedges if you do not have your own. She encourages you to purchase your own to enahnce your home practice. Please reach out if you are looking for recommendations. If you are in the area for vacation and take private instructions from a teacher back home, Sandy will work with the recommendations provided by your teacher to ensure continuity of practice.
